Biography: My name is Anne. I found out that I’m multiracial with Spanish, Portuguese, German, English, Scot-Irish and Swedish. My NVLD has improved since I’ve been older, but it was worse when I was younger. My advice to those who have it is be patient with yourself and trust people you love around you. Trust friends and family to support you and ask for help when there are mental health struggles. Seeing a therapist really helped me in my life and I highly recommend it. This organization can change a person’s life and put them on a positive path. Practice self-care and love within your inner being and love others.
What is your most treasured possession? My books because they are valuable to me.
